Role Description
This full-time, on-site entry-level role focuses on initial user support, resolving common technical issues like password resets, software installation, and hardware setup via phone, email, or chat, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support team members. The specialist will also be responsible for assisting clients with their technical challenges and maintaining a high level of customer service. Competencies
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant work experience is required
