Role Summary:We're looking for a hungry, coachable Social Media Manager to join the Marketing team at 7th Level — one of the fastest-growing sales training companies in the country. This is a ground-floor opportunity to work directly inside our creative and marketing engine, learn fast, and make a real impact.
Role Expectations:Crafting and Managing Engaging Socials Posts: Manage and post across all 7th Level social media accounts including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales: Partner cross functionally to develop fresh and organic content campaigns
Shoot Support: Show up on shoots — help run camera, assist with content capture, and do what it takes to get the shot. We don't expect professional experience on this part of the role, just comfort with a camera and willingness to learn!
Creatives Development: Using Canva or other similar applications, develop eye-catching creatives that get reactions.
Market Trend Analysis: Keep and eye on industry leaders and competitors to ensure the content you produce is had of the game.
Pay Frequency: Paid twice monthly on the 15th and the last day of the month.
FLSA: Full-time, regular, exempt
Compensation: Annual base salary of $55,000
Holidays: 13 paid company holidays
Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation accrued annually and 40 hours of Paid Sick time.
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
2 years in Social Media Management.
Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or Education companies are highly preferred.
Expert proficiency with all social media networks.
Professional proficiency with CRMs, preferably clear.io, Google Suite, and 3rd party app hosting platforms.
BS/MS in Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Creatives Creation: Proficient with Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design application.
Business Applications: Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, etc., and video editors like CapCut, Premiere, etc.
Strategic Thinking: The ability to see the "foretell the future"— understanding how social media trends shift and how to keep up.
Decisiveness: Capable of making informed calls and sticking to them.
Communication: The ability to articulate your ideas and show their impact.
