Role Description
This full-time remote position involves making outbound calls to clients and potential customers to generate leads and schedule consultations. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, presenting value-based sales solutions, and tracking progress in CRM tools. Team members will also participate in ongoing sales training and coaching to enhance their skills and align with 7th Level’s principles.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect and build rapport over the phone
- Proficiency in lead generation, scheduling consultations, and managing customer data
- Understanding of modern sales techniques, with a focus on value-based and empathetic selling tactics
- Experience with CRM platforms and tools, as well as basic technical skills for remote work
- Ability to work independently, meet targets consistently, and display resilience in a results-driven environment
- A growth mindset, coupled with a willingness to learn from feedback and continuously improve
- Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or customer service is preferred but not required
