Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach, inside sales activities, and consistent follow-up with leads and prospects. The role involves conducting discovery calls, understanding prospect needs, presenting 7th Level’s training solutions, and scheduling meetings or demos for senior sales team members. The Business Development Representative will manage a pipeline in CRM tools, maintain accurate records of interactions, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, nurturing relationships, responding to inbound inquiries, and contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, contact, and qualify prospective clients.
- Strong Communication and Sales abilities to conduct effective discovery calls and present solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Business Development experience in building relationships, managing a pipeline, and supporting long-term growth initiatives.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic sales tools (e.g., email, call systems, video conferencing platforms).
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
