Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target commercial fleet operators, dealerships, and logistics companies.
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Present and demonstrate our range of commercial trucks to potential clients, emphasizing features that meet their operational needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer relationships through effective CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software utilization, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Upsell additional products or services such as inventory management solutions or maintenance packages to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness in the commercial trucking sector.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Support dealership staff by offering product knowledge training and sales support to enhance overall retail performance.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales activities, and client communications to ensure organizational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end or complex deals.
- Experience with CRM software for managing a sales pipeline effectively.
- Familiarity with dealership operations, inventory management, and retail math principles.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities can help reach diverse client bases.
