The Bell/Valet Attendant provides exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, parking, and transportation needs. This role ensures smooth arrivals and departures, offering a warm welcome and professional assistance throughout each guest’s stay. Attendants maintain a courteous, helpful demeanor while managing vehicles safely and efficiently.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing valet services as requested by the guest

Assisting guests with luggage

Managing incoming and outgoing packages at the hotel

Greet guests at the desk and make suggestions for entertainment, dining, and other engagements as appropriate

Direct guests to hotel amenities, including event space and out fitness/spa offerings

Participate in Lobby management and upkeep

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles preferred).

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to lift and move luggage up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts during the seasonal period.
