Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluate patient histories
- Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed anesthesia records
- Manage post-anesthesia recovery for patients
- Provide emergency interventions as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Anesthesia
- Current CRNA certification and state licensure
- Experience in an anesthesiology setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of anesthesia protocols and patient care standards
- Flexibility to adapt to varying clinical situations and schedules

Daily Volume: 30 patients

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00a–5:00p
2 ORs (MAC)
Team: 2 CRNAs & 1 MD
Daily Volume: 12 cases
Location 4
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00a–5:00p
3 ORs (1 general anesthesia 2 MAC)
Team: 2 CRNAs & 1 MD
Daily Volume: 10–12 cases
