Atria Health opened an Intensive Cardiac Rehab facility in Horsham in January of 2024. This location allows us to offer state-of-the-art technology and service quality to patients at a location which is convenient and cost efficient. This location includes an Intensive Cardiac Rehab program which will help patients recover from and prevent life-threatening conditions.
