Senior Web Developer / Team Lead

Location: Jacksonville, FL client prefers candidates who can work onsite

Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire

Must-Haves:

  • 7 years of C#/.NET hard requirement
  • Strong hands-on development experience approximately 70% coding / 30% leadership
  • Team Lead experience with proven mentoring/coaching
  • Strong SQL Server, frontend and integration experience
  • Code review, estimation/capacity planning and delivery ownership
  • Comfortable working directly with clients

Nice to Have: Umbraco, TypeScript, Azure, CI/CD, WCAG/accessibility
