Senior Software Engineer
Salary: $50/hr. - $60/hr. on w2 - U.S. work authorization without sponsorship
Location: Jacksonville, FL hybrid after onboarding
Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire
Must-Haves:
- 8 years of C#/.NET hard requirement
- Hands-on experience designing and shipping multi-tenant applications
- Strong SQL Server data modeling and query performance at scale
- Event-driven and messaging architecture
- Experience evolving/modernizing production systems
- Strong application/platform architecture experience
- Comfortable writing technical design documents and working with client technical teams
Nice to Have: Azure, Domain-Driven Design, federated identity, distributed caching
