WHATS BREWING IN THIS ROLE...
7 Brew is looking for a creative, reliable videographer to help tell the stories that bring our culture, people, and community impact to life. Reporting to the People Team, this role will capture meaningful moments across 7 Brew from philanthropy events like 7 Brew Heroes and Caffeine for a Cause to team member stories, community partnerships, and internal celebrations.
The ideal candidate has an eye for authentic storytelling and can turn real moments into engaging video content that reflects who we are: a people-first brand committed to cultivating kindness.
THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...
- Film and edit video content for 7 Brew philanthropy events, community initiatives, and People Team programs
- Capture event highlights, interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Create short-form videos for internal communications and social media
- Help tell stories that highlight 7 Brew team members, community partners, and the impact of our giving efforts
- Collaborate with the People Team and Brand Marketing to plan content and develop simple shot lists
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Organize footage, maintain video files, and deliver polished content on time
- Travel locally and work occasional evenings or weekends for events
MUST HAVE INGREDIENTS…
- Experience filming and editing video for work, school, freelance, or personal projects
- Comfortable using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software
- Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Comfortable capturing candid moments and interviewing people on camera
- A demo reel or examples of previous video work
