The Associate, Accounts Payable will help keep 7 Brew moving by ensuring invoices are processed accurately, vendors are supported promptly, and payments are completed on time.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role supports day-to-day accounts payable operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll work closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain accurate records, resolve discrepancies, and help ensure financial processes run smoothly.

THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...
Invoice Processing & Vendor Support
- Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation.
- Collect required information and submit new vendor setup requests.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
- Respond to vendor and internal team questions with professionalism, urgency, and kindness.
- Monitor accounts payable aging and help resolve outstanding items.
Accounting Operations & Compliance
- Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
- Support annual 1099 preparation and other compliance activities.
- Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
- Help ensure invoices and payments are accurate, timely, and properly documented.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Identify opportunities to make accounts payable processes more accurate and efficient.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and partners to resolve issues and keep work moving.
- Support the Accounting team wherever needed and contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment.
MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...
- 1–3 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related accounting experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
- Working knowledge of accounts payable practices and basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to organize competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
- Sound judgment when handling confidential financial information.
- A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Experience with high-volume or multi-entity accounts payable preferred.
- Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, franchise, or other multi-location organizations preferred.
- Experience with purchase-order systems, expense-management systems, vendor onboarding, electronic payments, or 1099 reporting preferred.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite preferred.
- Ability to work on-site at 7 Brew’s Springdale, Arkansas headquarters.
