Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Stand Manager, located in Apple Valley, MN. The Stand Manager will oversee daily stand operations, lead and inspire the team, and ensure superior customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, training new team members, creating staff schedules, tracking performance, and maintaining a clean and welcoming stand environment. The Stand Manager will also handle financial tasks such as tracking sales, managing budgets, and submitting reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
