WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...
Seeking highly experienced systems support analyst to lead the support, optimization, and lifecycle management of critical in-stand and operational technologies. This role is responsible for ensuring stability, scalability, and performance across POS systems, network infrastructure (WiFi/LAN), digital display boards, tablets/iPads, and payment systems.
This individual will serve as a technical leader, owning complex issue resolution, driving standardization, and partnering with cross-functional teams and vendors to improve system reliability and user experience across all stands.
THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...
· Lead root cause analysis for high-impact incidents and implement long-term fixes
· Define and document standards, processes, and best practices for in stand systems and deployments
· Troubleshoot complex POS issues, including integrations with payment processors and backend systems
· Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and vendors
· Troubleshoot performance issues across routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
· Partner with MSPs and vendors to resolve escalated connectivity issues timely
· Support large-scale rollouts and hardware refresh initiatives
· Analyze support trends and implement proactive improvements
· Maintain detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...
· 10 years of experience in IT systems support, networking, and integrations
· Advanced experience with multi-site environments
· Proven track record to troubleshoot complex cross system issues
· Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Experience setting up, managing, and leading ITSM tools
· Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement
· Experience defining and tracking SLA and support KPIs
