WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...
The NSO Coach is a traveling field consultant responsible for preparing and opening new 7 Brew stands and teams. Coaches deliver hands-on operations and above stand leader training, validate stand readiness, uphold brand standards, and drive swag week and opening performance.
Travel is a core part of this job with 32 weeks expected per year, and performance is measured on franchise readiness, reliability, culture, Google reviews, and opening-week results.

- Verify hiring counts and training process of Brewistas
- Teaches leaders how to train and lead hands-on focused on speed, quality, and accuracy
- Model 7 Brew culture and guest experience throughout the opening process
- Identify skill and operational gaps early, escalate quickly, and support resolution
- Consistently holds the franchise leadership team accountable for expectations and goals
- Uphold recipe integrity, service standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Build trust and connection within local and upper leadership teams through servant leadership
- Ability to coach through the franchise leadership team to effectively guide, develop, and align their local teams with operational standards, cultural expectations, and performance goals.
- Maintain upbeat and calm presence and direction during all new stand opening processes

- Strong coaching and cross-functional communication with internal team
- Predictive planning vs reactive problem solving
- Ability to lead high-pressure openings with composure and kindness
- Proficient in staffing deployment, training requirements, structure standards and travel guidelines
- Ability to lead professional and corrective conversations with franchise owners and operators
- Protects brand standards through teaching-first leadership
