WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...

The Manager, Franchise Finance, will serve as a key financial partner, delivering actionable reporting, in-depth analysis, and financial planning support across our franchise portfolio. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Franchise development — ideal for a motivated finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The candidate will work cross-functionally with our Franchise Business Consultant teams, Real Estate/Development, Supply Chain, and the Corporate Leadership team to deliver financial and business insights and functional analysis to help provide the best-in-class experience for our customers.

This role is based at the Corporate Office in Northwest Arkansas and the Manager, Franchise Finance, is expected to be in the office five (5) days a week. This role will have little to no required business travel.

THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...

Franchise Financial Reporting

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports for franchise locations.
• Produce and distribute franchise performance reporting, including sales trends and key operational KPIs.
• Partner with Franchise Business Consultant leadership to analyze Stand-level P&Ls, labor efficiency, costs, and four-wall EBITDA.
• Monitor and track performance against benchmarks; identify variances and communicate key drivers to stakeholders.

Financial Analysis & Business Partnering

• Act as a dedicated finance business partner to Franchise Business Consultant teams, translating data into clear, actionable insights.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives, unit economics evaluations, and operational improvement programs.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Evaluate franchisee financial health and assist in monitoring compliance with financial performance covenants and thresholds.

Process & Tools

• Identify and implement improvements to existing reporting tools, templates, and financial processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Leverage ERP, POS, and business intelligence systems to streamline data extraction and reporting workflows.

MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting roles.
• Prior experience supporting a franchise-model QSR, retail, or hospitality brand is strongly preferred, including experience with restaurant-level P&L management and four-wall economics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas); experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, concise financial narratives for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable presenting to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
