WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...
The Development Intern role is designed for students interested in gaining hands-on experience within a fast-paced, high-growth development environment. This role supports the Development Team in executing project-oriented tasks and advancing key initiatives that contribute to the company’s expansion.
Interns will work closely with team members on a variety of development projects, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle, from planning through execution, while contributing to initiatives that may not otherwise have dedicated resources.
THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...
- Support the Development Team in delivering project-based tasks and initiatives
- Assist in the development, organization, and ongoing maintenance of internal resources, including project timelines, process documentation, and standardized templates to support team efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update training materials and ensure documentation reflects current workflows and tools.
- Create and assemble material sample boards for stand designs, ensuring accurate representation of finishes, textures, and branding elements.
- Provide general project support, including tracking updates, assisting with deadlines, and contributing to process improvements where needed.
- Present updates, outcomes, and key learnings from assigned projects
MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, Design and Construction Management, Supply Chain or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through to completion
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Interest in development, operations, procurement or large-scale project execution
