We’re looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician with HVAC/Refrigeration experience to support our stands across the region and help ensure everything operates at its best.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Take the lead on HVAC and refrigeration repairs and maintenance, keeping our stands comfortable and operational
- Complete work orders across multiple trades: HVAC/R, espresso machines, some electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems, ice machines, espresso equipment, and more
- Help triage issues over the phone with Stand Managers, District Managers, and vendors
- Track and document work orders to ensure quality and consistency
- Coordinate with stand operations to schedule repairs with minimal disruption
- Conduct site inspections and assist outside your assigned area when needed
- Travel as required, including occasional overnight trips
- Always work safely and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications a plus)
- 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with advanced HVAC/R knowledge
- Experience in retail, food service, or multi-site environments preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Valid driver’s license
- EPA Section 608 Certification is required

The Details
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Exposure to moderate to loud noise from tools and equipment
- Extended or irregular hours may be required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
