We're searching for passionate, people-focused go-getters to join our Stand Manager-in-Training (MIT) Program, designed to fast-track you into a leadership role running one of our high-volume 7 Brew stands.

Our Manager-in-Training (MIT) Program is the launchpad to an exciting career in stand leadership with Brew Horizons. This isn’t your average management role. It’s a chance to lead from the front, coach a team, and run your own business unit. Achieved while soaking in the vibrant, fast-paced drive-thru environment that’s making waves across the country.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn side-by-side with seasoned Stand Managers on real shifts
• Master operational fundamentals: inventory, labor scheduling, guest service, and cash handling
• Build leadership confidence by learning how to train, coach, and develop a team
• Shadow and step into the Stand Manager role when needed
• Participate in evaluations, assessments, and feedback loops
• Become a culture carrier and role model for 7 Brew’s signature vibe and values

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in food service, retail, or hospitality leadership
• Prior management and leadership experience
• High energy and a team-first attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for building people and driving results
• Open availability, including weekends and early mornings
• Willingness to hustle in all weather conditions (we’re a drive-thru, after all!)
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for training
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate to any market where Brew Horizons operates a 7 Brew Stand

Schedule & Expectations:

• Minimum 40 hours per week across 5 shifts
• Includes early mornings (5 a.m.), evenings (until 11:30 p.m.), weekends, and holidays
• Must be available by phone or in person during manager's days off
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
