Objective:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Property Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff and operations of our property. You will play a critical role in ensuring the overall success and satisfaction of our residents.
As the Community Property Manager, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with residents, vendors, and staff to ensure exceptional service and efficient operations. Additionally, you will lead a team of property management staff, providing guidance and support to achieve the community’s goals and objectives.
Responabilities:
-Oversee daily operations of maintenance, leasing, and resident relations
-Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve community goals and objectives
-Manage and lead a team of property management professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
-Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
-Coordinate and negotiate resident lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
-Address residents’ concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner
-Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents
-Monitor and manage community budgets, ensuring financial goals are met
-Monitor timely rent collections and processing of payables
-Holds regular community team meetings to share goals, progress towards goals and expectations, and identify actions to achieve objectives
-Takes a hands-on approach to any necessary duties to ensure the job is completed
Requirements:
-4 year’s experience as Property Manager
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing regulations
-Proficient in property management software – AppFolio
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
