As an Entry Level Account Representative, you’re the face of better entertainment and connectivity. Account work is your sweet spot; you make sure every detail is right so the customer never has to worry about it later. You meet residents on their turf, hear what’s working and what’s not, and walk them into an account with Frontier that actually solves something.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Account Representative
- Develop customer accounts in person by introducing Frontier Fiber Internet and TV solutions designed to enhance home connectivity and entertainment.
- Build meaningful customer relationships that support account retention, satisfaction, and continued sales success.
- Recommend personalized Frontier service packages that align with customer preferences and usage habits.
- Guide customers through account setup, enrollment, and service activation while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain consistent customer communication to strengthen account loyalty and drive future sales.
- Monitor account activity, customer interactions, and sales progress to contribute to overall business performance.
