Our client is a multinational public company looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support their global fixed asset, capital project, and lease accounting functions. You'll work within a well-established controllership team, handling the day-to-day accounting for fixed assets and leases while supporting SOX compliance, close processes, and audit readiness. Responsibilities
- :Perform fixed asset accounting including capital project setup, CIP accounting, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals in SAP S/4HANASupport global lease accounting under ASC 842, including ROU asset and lease liability recognition, modifications, and remeasurement
- sPrepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and audit support schedules; assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processe
- sPartner with Operations, FP&A, and Tax teams to ensure accurate capitalization, proper documentation, and compliance with SOX internal control
