Our client is hiring for an Accounting Manager in Alpharetta, GA. Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and compliance with GAAP standards
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of accounting professionals while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate audit activities, strengthen internal controls, and assist with accounting systems and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA is a MUST
- Prior accounting leadership or management experience with strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
