Our client in Sandy Springs is hiring for the role of Cash Application Analyst. The position is primarily in-office (four days per week, with more during training) and ideal for someone who thrives under deadlines and takes initiative to figure things out. Responsibilities:
- Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts and invoices across multiple ERP systems.
- Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, discrepancies, and unauthorized deductions.
- Perform daily reconciliations and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Support internal audits and assist with month-end close by preparing entries and reports.
Qualifications:
1 years of experience in cash applications, accounts receivable, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience).
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure with a high level of ownership and accountability.
