Job description
POSITION: Vault Teller
The Vault Teller works in a fast-paced office with duties similar to a bank teller; except without the face-to-face customer interaction. Customer deposits and change orders are delivered/picked-up by a courier and processed by the Vault teller. The primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Processing customers' deposits
- Processing customers change orders
- Process customer transactions efficiently.
- Balancing vaults and generating balance reports
- Reporting to other banking institutions
- Be friendly to customers and other staff members.
- Provide accurate and helpful customer service.
- Operation of electronic devices, computers and tracking equipment
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
We're seeking a career-minded individual to join our team of Lead Tellers. The Lead Teller supports the branch by overseeing daily tasks, including monitoring teller operations, opening and closing the branch and helping customers with their banking needs. The ideal candidate for this role will be a reliable and detail-oriented professional who is capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
