Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Receiving & Front Desk Associate (Spanish) to support daily warehouse operations. This role serves as the main point of contact for drivers and is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound activity, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining efficient communication between drivers and warehouse staff.
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-Time (Sunday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Check in and check out drivers
- Review and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) and delivery documents
- Verify appointments and assign dock doors
- Maintain accurate logs of inbound and outbound shipments
- Process payments and issue receipts as needed
- Ensure all paperwork is complete before releasing loads
- Communicate with warehouse staff regarding load status and readiness
- Enter and maintain data in internal systems (WMS, Excel, etc.)
- Report discrepancies, delays, or missing documentation
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk area
- Support warehouse leadership with reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, dispatch, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Bills of Lading, receiving documentation, or WMS systems
- Experience handling driver payments or lumper services
