We are seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Operator / Forklift Operator (English/Spanish) to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on warehouse experience, be stand-up forklift certified, and be comfortable working in both regular and freezer temperature environments. This role is essential to daily operations, including order picking, pallet building, and loading/unloading trucks.
Location: Riviera Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: Available as needed

Key Responsibilities
Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently (certification required).
Perform order picking using pick lists or RF scanners.
Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment.
Load and unload trucks accurately and safely.
Move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse.
Work in mixed temperature environments, including freezer and refrigerated areas as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety policies, warehouse procedures, and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in English and Spanish.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bilingual: English and Spanish (required).
Stand-up forklift certification (required).
Previous warehouse experience is required.
Experience with order picking and pallet building.
Ability to safely load and unload trucks.
Comfortable working in cold/freezer environments and standard warehouse temperatures.
Ability to lift, push, and pull warehouse materials as needed.
Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and detail.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
