Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable Event Representative to support our team during a special 2-day event. In this temporary position, you will represent our company, greet attendees, provide information about our services, and collect lead information from interested guests. Job Type: Temporary / Part-Time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Wednesday, October 13 – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Thursday, October 14 – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Greet event attendees in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide clear, accurate information about the company and our services
- Answer basic questions and direct guests to appropriate materials or team members
- Collect lead/contact information from interested individuals
- Ensure a clean and organized table or booth setup
- Represent the company with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or event staffing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking to individuals and small groups
- Reliable and punctual—must be available both days
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary : $36,000 - $72,000
