Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction & Estimating Manager to lead our estimating team and drive the upfront planning phases for large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical projects across Texas. In this role, you will oversee the preparation of accurate, competitive budget estimates and hard bids for multi-million dollar HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
