Job Description
- Lead corporate interior (TI) preconstruction efforts, managing RFP responses from initial pursuit through final pricing
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and develop accurate estimates with a deep understanding of all interior construction divisions and scopes
- Partner with designers and clients on test fits, constructability reviews, and scope alignment to ensure efficient, buildable solutions
- Coordinate subcontractor outreach, bid levelling, and market engagement, leveraging an existing trade partner network where possible
- Serve as a critical contributor to winning work by supporting bid strategy, value engineering, and client presentations during pursuits
The Successful Applicant
- Proven preconstruction professional with hands‑on experience in corporate interior/tenant improvement construction
- Expert in managing RFPs, takeoffs, estimating, and scope development across all interior construction divisions
- Strong understanding of test fitting, constructability, phasing, and occupied-space logistics
- Well‑connected within the subcontractor and design community, with an existing trade partner network
- Strategic, detail‑oriented team player who thrives in fast‑paced pursuits and is a key contributor to winning work
