Project Manager

We’re working with two Boston based architecture firms that are looking to add to their teams. Both are focused on delivering complex, technically driven projects in the healthcare space 🏥

📌 Healthcare Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

For someone who can lead multiple healthcare projects and guide clients through every phase of delivery

You’ll focus on:

• Managing multiple healthcare projects simultaneously
• Leading project teams (typically 2–5 staff)
• Running client meetings and guiding decision-making
• Coordinating consultants and external stakeholders
• Supporting projects from planning through construction administration
• Managing schedules, budgets, and deliverable

What they’re looking for:

• 10–15 years of experience (8 in healthcare strongly preferred)
• Background in Architecture or Architectural Interiors
• Strong project management and client leadership experience
• Familiarity with FGI Guidelines and DPH processes
• Experience working in active healthcare environments
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

🔧 Technical Project Architect

For someone who leads the technical execution, documentation, and coordination of complex healthcare projects

You’ll focus on:

• Leading technical development from SD through CA
• Producing and managing construction documents in Revit
• Coordinating consultants, systems, and technical requirements
• Ensuring code compliance, QA/QC, and constructability
• Supporting RFIs, submittals, site visits, and punch lists
• Mentoring junior staff and supporting BIM/technical standards

What they’re looking for:

• 12–15 years of architectural experience
• Strong Revit and construction document expertise
• Deep healthcare project experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of codes, accessibility, and healthcare regulations
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Licensure
