A leading New York City–based architecture firm recognized for its luxury high-rise residential and large-scale commercial projects is seeking an Intermediate Technical Architect to join its growing studio. This role is ideal for an architect who thrives in the technical side of design and enjoys translating complex concepts into precise, buildable documentation.
You’ll work on signature, skyline-shaping projects, collaborating closely with senior architects, consultants, and project teams from schematic design through construction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and coordinate high-quality construction document sets in Revit
- Lead technical detailing and drawing production across project phases
- Support coordination with consultants (MEP, structural, envelope, etc.)
- Contribute to high-rise residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects
- Participate in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment with strong mentorship
- Help ensure design intent is carried through to execution
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience on high-rise, multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects
- Strong technical expertise and comfort owning portions of the CD process
- Advanced Revit proficiency (NYC experience a strong plus)
- Solid understanding of building systems, detailing, and coordination
- Clear communicator with strong organizational and deadline-management skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
