📍 Location: Platteville, Colorado
📍 Position: Foreman
📅 Schedule: Monday – Saturday (10-hour shifts)
💲 Pay: $30–$32/hr (based on experience)
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily crew activities
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies
- Communicate effectively with management and clients
- Assist crew and operate equipment when needed
✅ Requirements:
- Previous Foreman or leadership experience in construction/industrial work
- Strong understanding of job site safety
- Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
- Experience with heavy equipment (excavator, etc. is a plus)
- Reliable transportation and solid work ethic
