We are seeking reliable Event Setup Crew Members to assist with the setup, and teardown of event furniture and pipe & drape systems. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for individuals who enjoy active work environments and being part of live event production.
Positions are on call and scheduled based on event needs, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, event furniture, pipe, and drape equipment
- Set up and dismantle pipe & drape systems according to event layouts
- Arrange and move tables, chairs, staging, and other event furnishings
- Follow setup diagrams and instructions from supervisors
- Handle equipment safely and report any damages or issues
- Work efficiently under tight timelines and changing event conditions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 60 lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Reliable transportation (must be dependable in all weather conditions)
- Background and drug test will be conducted prior to hire
- Work locations include top venues throughout the Denver and surrounding areas
