Summary

Our growing Recreational Gymnastics and Ninja program is looking for innovative, encouraging, and enthusiastic individuals to teach and support athletes from newborns through teens. If you enjoy working with kids and creating positive experiences that help them grow in confidence, this could be a great fit. Our Littleton gymnastics and ninja facility is seeking part-time coaches who want to make a meaningful impact in a fun, active environment. Weekday evening and Saturday availability is required.

Required qualifications

• Experience in gymnastics, either as an athlete or coach
• Strong teaching skills with a positive, growth-minded attitude
• Great with kids and families of all backgrounds
• Team player who supports program growth, quality, and scheduling

Preferred qualifications

• 1–3 years preschool gymnastics teaching experience
• Background in early childhood development
• Experience with events, performances, or student evaluations

Key responsibilities

• Teach assigned classes consistently, reliably, and enthusiastically
• Learn and apply skill progressions, teaching techniques, and curriculum
• Track and communicate athlete progress with parents via accurate, timely evaluations and parent updates
• Recognize and celebrate student progress and move-ups
• Collaborate with staff to ensure proper class coverage, curriculum execution, and safety
• Assist in planning and executing seasonal events, showcases, and camps
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for students, staff, and families
• Be dependable, punctual, and engaged — consistency is key for our athletes’ learning

Pay: $23.90 - $28.78 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
