We focus on building strong partnerships with our clients, providing personalized solutions, and leveraging our extensive network to deliver high-quality results efficiently.About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Lead to oversee the daily execution of warehouse, inventory, and logistics functions. This role will play a key part in ensuring efficient product movement, accurate inventory control, and smooth international logistics. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to motivate a team to meet goals safely and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.Implement and Manage an inventory tracking system to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.Working directly with multiple freight forwarders, coordinating international shipping logistics, including customs documentation, carrier management, and compliance with import/export regulations.Lead and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Implement and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency, accuracy, and quality assurance.Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for process optimization.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, and Customer Service) to align operational priorities with company objectives.Ensure the warehouse meets all safety and regulatory compliance standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field4 years of experience in warehouse or operations management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.Strong understanding of inventory control systems, ERP/WMS software, and shipping processes.Experience with international logistics and familiarity with customs and freight documentation.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.Warehouse safety training a plus.Veterans are encouraged to apply.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth within a dynamic and expanding companySupportive, team-oriented work environmentThe chance to make a real impact on company performance and customer satisfaction Company Description52 Launch is a rapidly growing product development company for home inventors and small businesses that seek to create, refine, and manufacture their DTC product ideas.
