We are a high-growth company and have cultivated an amazing team spirit in our eclectic 15,000 sq ft facility 30 minutes outside of Boston in Framingham, MA. The JobThe Videographer / Video Editor is responsible for capturing and editing videos for internal and external purposes. The Videographer / Video Editor will manage multiple projects at a time, collaborating with the marketing team, ranging from high-quality complex video productions to fast turn-around social media projects. Additionally, the Videographer / Video Editor will have the ability to lead or assist in video and photo capture on location. Portfolios must be included in a resume or cover letter. Key Responsibilities:· Responsible for the creating and editing the full range of video and photo projects, across digital platforms· Responsible for creating and editing Internal 52 Launch commercials and produce the 52 Launch Podcast· Work closely with the creative team members to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables· Receive briefs, collaborate on pre-production, such as video storylines, shot lists, scripts, and treatments· Create graphic treatment elements such as transitions, lower thirds, and motion graphics· Create 'rough cuts' (or assembly edit) of the project and present them to the marketing director· Work with the marketing director to advance video production styles and techniques including the graphic design, motion design, and animation elements· Suggest or select music tracks and sound design from commercial archives· Ensure consistency of brand, messaging, and contribute to the growing library of clients in order to make future productions quicker Qualifications· Four or more years of experience in storytelling via videography· Experience with advanced multimedia storytelling techniques on multiple platforms· Pre-visualize and/or storyboard shot ideas based on scripts or project outlines· Knowledge of social media and how to engage audiences on digital platforms in the public space is essential to this role· Competency in videography principles from scripting through final editing and show proficiency with branding guidelines using Adobe Creative Cloud and video motion software such as Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects, and/or Davinci Resolve.
