Role overviewThe HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist owns the end-to-end configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of HubSpot to support scalable demand generation and sales enablement. This role is responsible for translating campaign strategy into automated programs, ensuring data quality, and delivering the reporting and insights needed to grow pipeline and revenue. Core responsibilitiesOwn day-to-day HubSpot administration and maintenance, including user management, properties, lists, and workflows.Build, test, and maintain all email workflows covering nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, and lifecycle programs.Design, implement, and refine lead scoring logic, routing rules, and automation to ensure high-intent leads are prioritized and sent to the right sales owners quickly.Create and optimize forms and landing pages, focusing on conversion rate optimization, reduced friction, and consistent brand experience.Maintain CRM data hygiene, including standardization rules, de-duplication processes, and governance over key fields and lifecycle stages.Build and maintain reporting dashboards for marketing and sales, providing visibility into funnel performance, campaign impact, and key KPIs.Support sales enablement with tailored dashboards, list pulls, sequences support, and training on HubSpot best practices.Manage and monitor integrations with core systems (e.g., Google Ads, webinar platforms, calendar tools), ensuring accurate data flow and attribution.Regularly audit programs and processes to improve deliverability, engagement, and database health. QualificationsREQUIRED: 5 years of experience working in Hubspot conducting marketing operations, defining & reporting metrics, etc.REQUIRED: Experience integrating HubSpot with ad platforms, webinar tools, and sales engagement tools.EXTRA NICE: HubSpot certification(s) in Marketing Hub, Marketing Automation, or Revenue Operations.Hands-on experience designing and managing complex workflows, lifecycle programs, and lead scoring models.Strong understanding of B2B demand generation funnels, MQL/SQL definitions, and revenue attribution concepts.Proven ability to build forms, landing pages, and email templates within HubSpot and optimize them for performance.Comfortable working with data, building dashboards, and explaining funnel metrics to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with sales teams.
