Job Description: This position is a critical part of Global Leasing Front Line Unit (FLU), supporting Global Leasing’s business segments in managing business and compliance risk, delivering effective governance routines and streamlining business processes. The role serves as an interface between Global Leasing and the Enterprise on matters of business development, governance and oversight, and business risk mitigation. Role activities and responsibilities may include: Oversight and management of Global Leasing FLU business governance role activities. Establish and maintain global strategic relationships with Enterprise and business partners. Support the business through comprehensive knowledge, oversight and application of Global Leasing FLU and Enterprise Policies and Procedures. Lead for Single Process Inventory (SPI) FLU Processes, Controls and associated governance. Lead Global Leasing FLU Service Enabler Mapping. On behalf of Global Leasing, deliver on Enterprise Governance, Compliance, Business Controls, Corporate Audit and GC&OR matters. Support Business Product Development through project leadership, global coordination, process improvement and enterprise connectivity initiatives. Required skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified 5 Years experience in governance oversight or business risk mitigation role, preferably in a regulated banking or equipment financing environment. Ability to assess Global Leasing’s ongoing effectiveness to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls across its business segments. Ability to be concise and succinct when identifying business governance risks and associated mitigants, confidently identifying timely remediation recommendations. Proven ability to navigate, build, and influence relationships with cross functional stakeholders to proactively maintain trusted partnerships with our key global partners. Demonstrated ability to listen and communicate clearly across all levels of management and influence. Ability to address global complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently. Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) with team members and stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
