Role: Marketing Manager

Role Overview This role supports the marketing and call center teams through hands-on coordination, marketing automation execution, and campaign management. The Marketing Manager will oversee project tracking, HubSpot email and SMS communications, affiliate marketing campaigns, and marketing operations including invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting. The position ensures executional accuracy, speed, and alignment across internal teams and partners.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day coordination across marketing, call center, and finance teams.
- Oversee ad control, campaign approvals, and cross-departmental communication.
- Track spend, reconcile invoices, and coordinate with accounting on monthly reporting.
- Build, send, and optimize HubSpot workflows for email and text (engagement and re-engagement).
- Manage marketing automation performance, deliverability, and audience segmentation.
- Support and help manage affiliate campaigns through Impact, including tracking, reporting, and payouts.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc reports using GA4, HubSpot, and Tableau.
- Support organic social activity, including scheduling and moderation.
- Maintain and improve process documentation, templates, and marketing project trackers.
Skills & Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or campaign coordination.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Impact, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, and Tableau preferred.
- Strong organization and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient with tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Comfortable with data and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
