Duties
- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while providing ongoing training and development to foster a high-performing retail sales team.
- Manage inventory levels through effective stock control, purchasing, merchandising, and inventory management strategies.
- Oversee sales management efforts by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
- , cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.

Skills
- Proven management experience within the retail industry with strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage managerial communication effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory control software, and basic math for retail math calculations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in retail sales strategies including merchandising, pricing, marketing, and promotional activities.
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently across operations management tasks such as budgeting, payroll processing, stock stocking, and store administration
