Fast paced office seeks experienced administrative professional to join our team.
Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, problem solver, knowledgeable with computers, multi-tasker, dependable, with a willingness to do what needs to be done to make the company a success.
Example job duties include, but not limited to:
-Answer phones/return phone calls/call vendors or suppliers or customers
-Schedule and maintain jobs for technicians in software/dispatch technicians
-Correctly and efficiently complete paperwork
-Research as needed
-Other duties as assigned
-Other projects as assigned
-Computer, phone work
Must be able to work with a team using exemplary communication skills, able to receive constructive criticism, have excellent attendance, have above-average attention to detail including spelling and correct grammar.
Providing excellent customer service is a must.
