5 Star Collision Center – Tucson, AZ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000 – $95,000 annually
Location: On-site

We’re looking for an experienced Collision Service Estimator who’s customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to help grow sales the right way. If you know collision repair, communicate well, and take pride in your work, you’ll fit right in here.
This role is all about balancing great service, strong communication, and accurate estimating while keeping customers informed and confident throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities
- Write accurate, complete estimates using CCC One or similar estimating systems
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, keeping them informed and confident throughout the repair process
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance partners
- Order parts as needed and follow through on parts-related issues
- Use multiple computer systems and maintain organized digital records
- Look for opportunities to improve service and sales while maintaining quality
- Provide excellent customer service from drop-off to delivery
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a collision estimator or related field (e.g., insurance adjuster)
- Proficient in CCC One and general computer systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Spanish is a plus
- Valid U.S. work authorization and current driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to stand, sit, type, and walk for extended periods
- I-Car certification is a plus
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and agree to ongoing testing as required
