HVAC Installation Manager

Base Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience) Commission Potential

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead our installation department and help drive operational excellence across the company.
Primary Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all field installation operations, including daily dispatching and workflow efficiency
- Manage and develop the installation team, ensuring high-quality workmanship and professional performance
- Coordinate with service and other departments regarding warranty, installations, and customer needs
- Review billing, job costing, and warranty claims
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Support ongoing training and development of technicians
- Help drive department profitability and continued growth
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $75,000 - $100,000, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission based on company and department profitability

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, or operations within the service industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
- Computer proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
