5 Star HVAC is a locally owned heating and air conditioning company dedicated to providing dependable service and outstanding customer care throughout the Charleston area. We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Experience Coordinator to support our office during our busiest afternoon hours by assisting customers, coordinating technician schedules, and ensuring every service appointment runs efficiently.

Compensation

$17.25 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM (required)
• Additional hours may be available based on workload and availability

Position Overview

The Customer Experience Coordinator plays an important role in supporting both customers and field technicians. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Schedule maintenance, repair, and installation appointments
• Coordinate technician schedules and daily routing
• Communicate appointment updates and arrival times with customers
• Verify technicians have the information, materials, and equipment needed for each job
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
• Support dispatch and office operations to ensure an efficient workflow
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic bookkeeping or office accounting experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other standard office software
• Experience using multi-line phone systems
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or the HVAC industry is beneficial but not required
