Duties
- Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines using tools such as Microsoft Project, excel, bluebeam, autocad, quick book.
- Develop detailed project schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional teams by facilitating meetings, managing stakeholder expectations, and resolving conflicts promptly.
- Implement risk management strategies by conducting root cause analysis.
- Monitor project progress through earned value management techniques and adjust plans as necessary to stay aligned with goals.
- Manage project budgets and control costs through meticulous budgeting practices and vendor negotiations.
- Oversee program development and design initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality management standards.
- Ensure requirements gathering and analysis are thorough by engaging stakeholders and utilizing business process modeling tools like Visio or Visio-based content management systems.
