Key Responsibilities
Project & Task Oversight

Manage assigned project scopes and task-based initiatives

Track project progress against established milestones and deadlines

Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and company procedures

Identify and resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, or performance
Resource Coordination

Coordinate personnel, contractors, and technical resources

Monitor workforce productivity and ensure appropriate staffing levels

Provide guidance and direction to team members
Safety & Compliance

Ensure all activities comply with nuclear safety standards and regulations.
Reporting & Communication

Provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications
Education

High School Diploma
AND advanced technical certification such as:-
Journeyman Card

NRC-issued Reactor Operator (RO) or Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License

Associate degree (or higher) in an industrial technical field

Experience

6–10 years of experience managing tasks and projects in the energy sector

5 years of nuclear industry experience (required)
