Role Overview

As Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships at 4Minds, you will own and scale a portfolio of high-impact partnerships with Big 4 and mid-tier management consulting firms, global systems integrators (GSIs), and strategic SIs. You will shape the direction of 4Minds' partner ecosystem at the most senior level by defining program strategy, building executive alignment with C-suite and practice leaders, and driving significant partner-sourced revenue across enterprise accounts.

You will establish the playbook for consulting and SI engagement and represent 4Minds as a strategic ally within partner ecosystems. You will champion 4Minds as the AI platform of choice for firms looking to move beyond conventional RAG and static LLM architectures, embedding our technology into high-value client engagements across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global strategy for Big 4, mid-tier MPS, GSI, and SI partnerships, aligning to 4Minds' growth objectives and go-to-market priorities
  • Build and sustain executive relationships at the Managing Director, Partner, and C-suite level within top consulting and systems integration firms
  • Lead a team of partnership managers; provide mentorship, coaching, and performance accountability across the partner portfolio
  • Co-architect transformational AI solution offerings with strategic partners that embed 4Minds into large-scale enterprise engagements
  • Own revenue targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across a portfolio of named consulting and SI accounts
  • Drive joint go-to-market execution including co-sell motions, executive briefings, proof-of-concept programs, and client workshops
  • Serve as the internal voice of the partner ecosystem — influence product, sales, and marketing strategy based on partner feedback and market intelligence
  • Establish and evolve partner enablement programs, certification frameworks, and joint solution development tracks for consulting delivery teams
  • Collaborate with cloud alliance teams (Azure, AWS, GCP) to amplify consulting-led co-sell motions and marketplace opportunities
  • Present partnership performance, pipeline forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and the board

Required Qualifications

  • 7 years in strategic partnerships, alliance management, or consulting sales within enterprise technology, with direct experience managing Big 4 or mid-tier MPS, GSI, or SI relationships
  • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling partner programs that generate significant, measurable revenue at the enterprise level
  • Prior people management experience; proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of consulting firm structures, partner economics, practice P&Ls, and multi-stakeholder enterprise buying dynamics
  • Executive presence and credibility to engage and influence C-suite, practice leads, and senior client-facing partners within global consulting firms
  • Ability to communicate sophisticated AI and data architecture concepts to technical and business audiences alike

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within or alongside Big 4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or major GSIs (Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, TCS) in an AI, data, or digital transformation context
  • Hands-on background with AI/ML platforms, LLMs, or enterprise AI solution design
  • Experience building or scaling partner programs from the ground up at a high-growth startup or scale-up
  • Existing senior network across Big 4, GSIs, mid-tier MPS, or AI-focused boutique consultancies
  • Familiarity with cloud hyperscaler co-sell and marketplace programs (Azure Marketplace, AWS ISV Accelerate, GCP Partner Advantage)
  • Track record of influencing product and GTM strategy based on partner and market insights

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $190,000- $280,000 annually
