Position Overview:
We are an accounting firm that provides outsourced financial and bookkeeping services to law firms. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for payment applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Post and reconcile payments in two accounting platforms.
- Resolve discrepancies with other internal departments.
- Work closely with AR colleagues as well as other internal departments.
- Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive client and financial information.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience, with professional‑services or legal‑industry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office/Email
