Role Description
4L Managed Accounting LLC is seeking a full-time, on-site role in Tampa, FL for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will handle payroll processing for our law firm clients, including reviewing time entries, calculating payroll, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include managing garnishments, maintaining payroll tax accuracy, and addressing client inquiries related to payroll services. The Payroll Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to support the financial operations of law firm clients.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years payroll experience required.
- Experience with ADP and other payroll platforms is necessary
- High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality with a strong ability to analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with law firms or professional service organizations is a plus
